Privates or group classes to start?
If you have any movement discomfort/restrictions, you need to start with a 30 minute evaluation or a 1-hr private to determine what is the best next step for you. If you do not have any movement restrictions, group classes are a possibility, however, we suggest that you start with either a 30 min-eval or a full 1 hr private to get the most benefit from your classes.
